The Process of Production
Construction
We supervise the manufacturing process of all parts. The quality control inspectors are managing six manufacturing lines of the factory with a monthly capacity of 2500 tons. The manufacturing process proceeds using the latest machines, e.g., a 6-meter guillotine, CNC cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, 10-grip cut-to-length machines, radial drills, strip saws, punching machines, corner-cutting machines, H making machines, SMGW machines, hydraulic assembly machines, submerged arc welding (SAW) machines, electro slag welding machines, overhead cranes 10 to 25, GERIMA cold chamfering machines, and CO2, O2, and argon-storing containers.
Quality Control
The manufacturing process in all stations is launched upon the order is submitted by the manufacturing unit and is evaluated and approved by quality control inspectors. The parts are technically approved through vt, pt, and ut inspections.
Blasting and staining
This process is done in the sandblasting and painting hall using sandblasting pots, screw compressors, and airless painting machines. Parts are reevaluated by the relevant inspectors through the cross-cutting machine and algometer and exit from the manufacturing hall.
Packing
At this stage, parts are packed by priority using the packaging and packing equipment after receiving the final approvals by the relevant units and the project supervisors, and, finally, sent to the project site.
Loading
Parts to be delivered to the project are loaded by 4 to 20-ton forklifts and overhead cranes based on the project control priority and sent to the project implementation site.
Installation
Installation is done at the project site by specialized personnel following the basic safety and technical standards and using the latest machines and equipment. The installation is completed phase-to-phase after quality control by the surveying unit using non-destructive welding inspections, bolt and nut inspection by torque meters, and Skidmore-Wilhelm bolt tension measuring devices, and following the approval by the technical inspection unit.
