The Director General of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran stated: Construction of 7550 residential units is a national action that will be started soon upon the order of the President in the province of Tehran.
According to the construction news report, Khalil Mohabbat Khah, the director general of roads and urban development of Tehran provided a report regarding the activities of this directorate general in the first five months of this year and said: There are four important projects ready to be initiated by the Department of Engineering and Construction.
He continued: Hamedanak Gym in the county of Baharestan with 22 billion IRR credit and with the 1100 m2 metal structure and 93 m2 construction is one of the important projects that have a great impact on improving the quality of life of the people in this county.

Mohabbat Khah expressed: The building of Social Emergency in the county of Baharestan with a floor area of 155 m2 is constructed in four floors and is ready for utilization. The expenses of the construction of this project amounted to more than 23 billion IRR. The Artistic-Cultural Complex of Malard with credit of 40 billion IRR and Golukan bridge in the county of Shemiranat with the credit of 50 billion IRR are other projects ready to be initiated by the Directorate General of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran.

Regarding the National projects in this province, the director general of roads and urban development of Tehran stated: The executive operation of construction of 7550 residential units in the program of the National Housing Project in the province of Tehran will be started soon with the value of 19,630 billion IRR upon the order by the President through video conference.

He added: in the cities with a population of above 100,000 peoples such as Shahryar, Eslamshahr, Robat Karim, Pakdasht, and Qarchak, the projects of construction of 3,650 residential units will be initiated and in the cities with a population of under 100,000 people such as Safadasht, Damavand, Firouzkooh, Pishva, and Kilan 3,900 projects will be initiated.

Mohabbat Khah also said: Regarding initiation of Maskan-e Mehr in the Government Week, a school was constructed in the site of Dasht Naser Maskan-e Mehr in the county of Firouzkooh. The construction of this school was started in 2018-2019 and it was completed this year. The credit spent on the construction of this school amounted to 37 billion IRR. The school has four storeys and 16 classes.
